All cookies are non-refundable and non-returnable due to them being custom made to order.

We take great care not only in decorating our cookies, but also in packaging our cookies.  Each cookie favor is wrapped individually by hand and packed with extreme care.  We do not replace or provide any sort of refund due to breakage that could occur in the mail.

Due to the cookies being hand decorated no two cookies will ever be identical they may vary in detail/color.  What will be the same is each custom cookie will have the same unique beautiful design, effort and attention.
